We knowwhat temperaturethat bath is running.

Zinc metallurgy consultancy for smelters, coaters, and die-casters. Bath chemistry, alloy composition, and corrosion lifecycle — diagnosed before a single ton ships off-spec.

Every service is a station
on the production line.

We don't parachute in with frameworks. We walk the line, read the bath, and work from the process chemistry outward.

STA-01

Hot-Dip Galvanizing

Bath Chemistry & Flux Management

Diagnose dross buildup, flux contamination, and iron-zinc phase anomalies on continuous and batch kettle lines. We read the bath surface the way a steelworker reads a heat.

▸ Specification Parameters
Zinc purity ≥ 99.995%
Bath temp: 445–455 °C
Fe tolerance < 0.035%
Al flux: 0.005–0.007%
STA-02

Electroplating

Cathode Purity & Bath Electrolyte

Evaluate zinc cathode purity grades, chloride/sulfate electrolyte balance, and current density profiles for bright, matte, and alkaline non-cyanide processes.

▸ Specification Parameters
Cathode purity: 99.99% Zn
Chloride: 120–140 g/L
pH: 4.8–5.4 (acid)
Current density: 2–4 A/dm²
STA-03

Die-Casting

Alloy Composition & Melt Management

ZAMAK and ZA-series alloy composition audits, contamination tracing (cadmium, lead, tin), and melt temperature profiling for automotive and precision casting cells.

▸ Specification Parameters
ZAMAK-3: Al 3.5–4.3%
Pb < 0.003% (critical)
Melt temp: 410–430 °C
Cd < 0.002%
STA-04

Continuous Galvanizing

Strip Speed & Coating Weight Control

Line speed optimization, zinc-aluminum bath composition for Galfan/Galvalume products, air-knife gap profiling, and spangle morphology control for automotive exposed panels.

▸ Specification Parameters
Zn-5%Al (Galfan)
Coating wt: 60–275 g/m²
Strip speed: 80–200 m/min
Air knife: 5–15 mm gap

The deeper you go,
the more we've already been.

01
PHASE 01

Plant Intake

We start with your location and operation type — not a discovery call. The intake terminal maps your process context before we speak.

SCADA-compatible data capture. No NDA required for initial assessment.
02
PHASE 02

Bath Sample Analysis

Zinc bath samples analyzed for iron content, aluminum, lead, cadmium, and bismuth. We run ICP-OES and wet chemistry where ICP isn't available on-site.

Turnaround: 48 hours from sample receipt to written specification.
03
PHASE 03

Process Audit

We walk the line. Kettle temperature profiling, flux density checks, air-knife gap measurement, dross sampling. Nothing is assumed from the control room.

Typical audit duration: 1.5–2 days on-site per line.
04
PHASE 04

Specification Delivery

Written specification delivered in plant-floor format — not a consulting deck. Bath chemistry targets, alloy adjustment schedule, and corrective action priority.

Deliverable: PDF spec sheet + editable process control table.

"We'd been chasing dross buildup on our #4 kettle for eight months. Galvanize walked the line for four hours and had the root cause — iron carryover from our flux tank — documented by end of day. The corrective spec paid for the engagement in the first week."
